Ok, so I view named WODs as the "Olympian" Workouts. I purposefully do not look at the WOD because of them. If I feel I can't do it, I know I will convince myself that tomorrow is another day...So for my named workout I would incorporate some of my favorite things and most of the things that make me groan the loudest when I come to the gym...
800 meter run
10 hand stand push ups
20 ohs
30 roman chair sit ups
400 meter bw farmers carry
30 roman chair sit ups
20 ohs
10 pistols (5/leg)
800 meter run
I really wanted to add the monkey bar crossing but I don't think my arms would be more than jello after that!!!

I'd go with some combination of speed work running, rope climbs, sit-ups, monkey bars, lunges and handstand push-ups...and of course, YOGA after! :)

We need to revive the "What would be in your named WOD?" poll question. It gives me ideas and I learn a lot about people. I like Evan, he thinks out of the box! We need some new equipment!
Eric: Anytime! I would opt for a monkey bar pass each round instead of just finishing off with a Running Man.
