Hail Storm at BGI

Don't be afraid, come on in!


Today we are serving up a special CrossFit Games treat in our Workout Of the Day (WOD). There will be 3 parts to the WOD. We will only post Part A. Part B and C will be revealed during a one minute rest period.

Part A

3 Rounds of:

30 up & overs (watch for a good laugh too!)
1 Rope Climb
21 Wallballs

10 min cap per WOD; 1 min. rest after each.

Dana: LOL about Todd!!! He should eat before he works out, that way he won't chew on the equipment!! Hahahahaha!!! Maybe we should have him wear a helmet and mouth guard during WODs for next few weeks!!! I do have to say tho, thru everything, Todd still beat me today!

Houston: We will not do a trainer WOD without SB and Wyatt. ALL the trainers will do it eventually. Even the nice ones. Just make sure there are no swinging dumbells involved. Todd's easing back in to the gym and has forgotten how to hold the equipment properly.

Jesse: You need to learn how to pace yourself. Always going all out right out of the gate then petering out is lack of endurance. So I'm going to request the trainer WOD be more than 30 minutes for you.

Cut: You doing this on Saturday? I did not see your name on the board. Going to have to give you a gazillion pistols and lunges Friday so you are prepared.

I think I beat you on one of the WOD's Jesse. We found a better way to score today. Well for those that did it right. We can penalize those that didn't show up at 6 AM with the rest of your workout Miles. Seems that 6 AM was a little too early for Jesse today.

I'm shocked by how many people are skipping out on the mystery WOD today. Really it's not that bad. It's a maximum of 30 minutes with 2 rest periods built in. Come on people!

Dana: oohhhhhh, I remember that day!!! That was crazy, my first time ever to see hail! And my tush hurts, my tummy hurts, I'm all banged up! But a can't resist this today!!! And I hope I do better at "Hot Mess 2.0" than I did in the original!!!

Trainers compete only against each other today since we know all 3 parts. I'm having an "idea" moment. Maybe the clients can come up with a mystery WOD to torture the trainers with. If you want to participate you would have to give to a charitable cause. I think Houston and Leslie should be in charge since they like to torture the trainers on a daily basis without even being asked.
