Getting Started

Based on feedback from our clients and trainers we are instituting a new process to get started with BGI. This new process run on a trial basis to asses the effectiveness for new and current clients.

To ensure that all of our clients are provided with every opportunity to succeed, we require everyone to get started at BGI Fitness in the following steps:

  1. Schedule a 3-for-free trial period or 1 free trial session.

  2. Enroll in Fast Track On Ramp.

  3. Enter group classes.


3-For-Free Trial Period:

Joining BGI Fitness is not like joining a traditional gym, but rather like joining a group or team. Our program is carefully designed to train your body intensely, efficiently, and thoroughly over the course of a week. Our athletes train between 3-5 times per week. We invite you to evaluate our program over 3 days, so that you can experience a week of our programming. We will scale and modify your workouts and movements, so that you are able to participate the entire week. This trial period has been designed to expose new clients to some of the key stimuli and basic movements regularly used in our program. Once you have completed this evaluation period, you can choose to continue with the Fast Track On-Ramp described below or take what you've learned with you. There is no obligation or sales pressure at the end of your trial period. 

Price: Free (just some old fashioned sweat and effort)*

*First time visitors only. Must be a resident of Palm Beach County with a valid ID.


Fast Track On-Ramp Orientation:

The Fast Track Program is an extension of our "3-for-free" trial period. Over the course of three additional coaching sessions you will learn how to safely and efficiently perform our program’s most common movements. The schedule is set by you (in conjunction with trainer availability). After completion of the Fast Track Orientation you will receive the remainder the month of group classes at no additional cost.

Price: $249.00


Small Group Training:

After completion of the above steps you are able to join our group classes. With our constantly varied programming, you will rarely do the same workout twice. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a warm-up, skill instruction and workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit YOUR fitness level. Our workouts usually take 30 minutes or less so they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
