Palm Beach CrossFit Endurance Team
Have you ever thought of entering an endurance race such as a half-marathon, sprint triathlon, iron man or adventure race? You don't have to abandon your CrossFit programming and should be continuing it during your race training. The mileage that some distance training programs recommend can wear your body down, making you more susceptible to injury and less likely to get to race day in the best possible conditioning.
CrossFit Endurance affiliation gives us access to training regimens for Marathons, Triathlons, Iron Mans and other endurance races. Our certification in CrossFit Endurance has taught us how to program for individuals using CrossFit allowing them to train smarter, not harder!
In order to participate on the Palm Beach CrossFit Endurance Team, you must be registered for an endurance race. The programming is not available until you have made a commitment to a specific race. Below are some race events some of our clients are training for using CrossFit in addition to their specialized training.
